FUNDRAISING FOR MENTAL HEALTH
Jordan Country Groodles would love to announce that we are holding a Mental Health Fundraiser on the 25th of November 2017, @ Romsey Mechanics Hall, 6:30pm - for "Young Diggers" and "Sunbury Community Health."
We chose Young Diggers as an
organisation to donate 50% of the profits raised on the night of our fundraiser because our father is a return Veteran, and knowing the impact d
ogs can have on their owners we are 100% on board there program where they train and help young Diggers train their own assistance dogs.
We also chose Sunbury Community Health to donate 50% of the profits as they need help in setting up CCB; which focus is on providing free training for community to identify, support & respond to youth mental health issues; Train local facilitators to deliver accredited Youth Mental Health First Aid YMHFA & Mental Health First Aid MHFA. They would like to clone the Macedon Ranges Mental Health First Aid as that has been funded and is successful.
The fundraising event will be held at our local Romsey Mechanics Hall, we are holding a Silent Auction aswell as having Australias funniest Hypnotis Bizzarre Gazzard preform on the night with stand up comedian Adam Palmer.
